Artist: Headlights On The Coastline
| Headlights On The Coastline is an indie-rock band formed out of East Amwell, NJ in early 2007. Consisting originally of only two members, Ben Aneckstein (21, lead guitar) and Lawrence Pasquale (26, Vocals, guitar), the two managed to cover all the instruments on their first debut 5-song EP "Chandra Lier," which came out in March of '08. Working with Matt Haick (Shiny Toy Guns, Bedlight For Blue Eyes) out of NYC, the band managed to find a unique sound while still wearing their influences on their sleeve; Melodies, hooks, and even personalities similiar to The Killers, Radiohead, and Elliott Smith can all be found on both their EP and physically in their live shows. The band has moved on to adding two more full-time members to complete the lineup (Mike McEvoy on drums and Justin Stabler on bass) and is now looking to start touring and giving their audience a heartfelt, in-your-face show that they won't soon forget. |
