Artist Bio:

Creating music that sounds like 'Dr. Dre produced the Star Wars Canteena Band' to fully orchestrated underscore that would fit in a 'David Lynch' movie, genre hoping composer Don Bodin, creates music for film, media and albums that contain his subtle dark and quirky fingerprints in melody as well as in space between the notes.

Three years ago Don started Endocrine Music - a music for media company and has since contributed music to several independent feature films (including Fuego starring David Carradine), full length documentaries (including National Geographic's Ship Sinkers), for advertising (Toyota, Grey's Anatomy Scrubs and Maybelline Cosmetics) as well as independently releasing 4 albums.

After a studying classical / jazz guitar and 20th century music composition, Don spent the end of the 90's in Chicago, honing his production skills with indie artists (including Kill Hannah & Plastic Princess) while fronting the elctro rock band File Underwater. File Underwater disband in 2000 shortly after our 3rd independently released album (Fluid) made it to 27 on Amazon.com 'Emerging Artists' sales charts.

Don relocated to Los Angeles in 2002, brushed up on film scoring at UCLA and is currently writing and producing film score as well as pop music collaborations with such artists as Alain Whyte (Morissy), Gerard Marino (God of War), Chris Schleyer's 'Affected' project (****, Kidney Thieves, Zero Mancer, Stabbing Westward) as well as the industrial trio 'Dread and The Fugitive Mind'.

They had a line drawn back like a spider it’s web
to section off were they found her dead,
blood drained down like a red morris code
it said you better stay away from Devil Dog Road.

It was all planned out that they could tell
elaborately staged like a ritual
displayed face up for us to behold
you better stay away from Devil Dog Road.

Eye’s frozen full of fright
by the woods near town on a full moon night.
She looked pretty cute even though she was dead.
“You all stand clear” the sheriff man said.
You better stay away from Devil Dog Road.

Oh lock and load, she was there in the whole.

Signs they say you best beware
might as well say you're gonna leave your life here.

The desert sky
greets me tonight
only to confirm this life that I am living
and all these stars shine their light on me again

I follow the trail of dirt and sand
cause i can't tell where this earth ends and heaven begins

under the moon
and under the stars
with the campfire my only companion
under the moon
and under the stars
under the moon
and under the stars

I write you dear
here by the fire light
please tell the kids
that the new born cowboy is doing fine

I don't miss the stress
or the traffic lights
or the monthly bills
since i left the grid
and left it all behind

under the moon
and under the stars
with the campfire my only companion
under the moon
and under the stars
under the moon
and under the stars

please tell the kids
the coyboy is doing fine

The Radioactive Werewolf and other Tales from the Southwest

The Radioactive Werewolf takes 'Western' influenced instrumentals and Alternative Southern Rock songs and strings them together to play like a David Lynch soundtrack.
